Amber Wright Blake passed away on October 20th, 2026 in Las Vegas Nevada. She was born on March 18th, 1965 in St Rose De Lima Hospital in Henderson Nevada to Rondo Calvin Wright and Rosamond Kathleen Miles.

She grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada. She attended Mountain View Elementary School, Von Tobel Middle School, and El Dorado High School. She met her husband Wade Alyn Blake at age 15 at the Tonopah Las Vegas Chapel, or the old North Las Vegas Stake center. They started dating a few months later and married on August 7th, 1982. They were later sealed in the St. George, UT temple on September 20th, 1983. They had their first three children; Trinett, Devon, and Crystal in the Las Vegas Valley area. In 1987, they moved to Alamo Nevada. They had their next three children in Alamo; Amanda, Royal, and Flint. They decided to move their family back to North Las Vegas and had their last two children, Zona and Kathleen. Amber was also a loving foster mother to 8 additional children who passed through their home over the years.

Amber was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- day Saints. She served in many callings over the years such as Missionary Representative, Scout leader for Boy Scouts of America, Primary teacher, Service Missionary for the church's 12 step program, visiting teacher, and ministering sister. She was also a Family History Consultant and spent several hours volunteering her time to the work of Family History.

Amber was a dedicated Home Maker and devoted her life to her children and serving others. She maintained committed and loving relationships with her children until her passing.

She was preceded in death by her father Rondo Calvin Wright, mother Rosamond Kathleen Miles Wright, two brothers Flint Wright and Miles Wright, and grandson Josiah Perry Houston.

She leaves behind her loving faithful husband Wade Alyn Blake of North Las Vegas, Nevada. Daughter Trinett Spendlove (Thomas) Alamo, Nevada. Son Devon Blake (Bryn) of Alamo, Nevada. Daughter Crystal Houston (Christopher) of Overton, Nevada. Daughter Amanda of North Las Vegas, Nevada, (currently working in China). Son Royal Blake (Emily) of Alamo Nevada. Son Flint Blake (Mikayla) of North Las Vegas, Nevada. Daughter Zona Stewart (Michael) of North Las Vegas, Nevada. Daughter Kathleen (Jordan) of North Las Vegas, Nevada. She also left behind 18 grandchildren and one on the way.

Funeral services will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 50 E Azure Ave, North Las Vegas, NV 89031 at 10:00 am PST on Friday, October 30th. A short viewing will be at 9:30 am PST right before the funeral. Graveside service will be 3:30 pm MST at Hurricane Cemetery located at 781 N 325 E, Hurricane, UT 84737.
