Carol Michelle Jeppson (aka “Mitch”) was born March 22nd 1963 and was delivered by her grandfather Edward M. Jeppson at LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. She went home to meet her Heavenly Father on May 29th 2023 at 7:17am, surrounded by her family. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, and friend. She was very talented and had many hobbies. In her early life, she was very accomplished in softball, volleyball, track, and the Big Bear snow skiing team. She loved going boating and water-skiing. She loved the guitar and piano and loved to sing. She had a great gift to harmonize and play the piano by ear. In her later years, she enjoyed crocheting, painting ceramics, and making homemade pies. She loved spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her loving parents Edward M. Jeppson and DeeAnn Jeppson, her siblings: Ed McKay Jeppson (Andrea Jeppson), Natalie Carslon (Todd Carlson), and Danielle Blackburn (Kirt Blackburn); her children Nicole Collins (Adam Collins) and Aaron Wallace; her grandchildren Nicholas Collins (Alyssa Collins) and Willow Collins, as well as her great grandchild Thomas Augustine Collins. She always wanted to help others and make others happy. She was a hard worker and endured many trials and sufferings with extreme strength and faith in Jesus Christ. Now we know she is finally happy, healthy, and at peace. The quote by Mae West encouraged her throughout her life “I never said it would be easy. I only said it would be worth it.”
