Our loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away peacefully at home on June 17, 2016.

He loved to go camping, fishing, going on cruises, setting off fireworks, and keeping up on the maintenance of his vehicles. He loved being a petroleum products relocation technician for Petro Chemical transportation for 30 years.

Survived by his wife Glenda; three children Jerad (Bridget) of Salt Lake, Justin (Mariah) of Tooele, Brittiny (Steve) of Clinton; and eight grandchildren. Proceded in death by his father Ernest Hamer; and sister Jean Davies.

A celebration of David's life will be held on Thursday, June 23rd from 7-9 PM at Starks Funeral Parlor 3651 South 900 East Salt Lake City. Complimentary valet parking will be provided on the north side of the building.
