On May 24th. 2023 we lost a father, husband, brother, uncle, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. Born July 17th, 1947 in Salt Lake City, UT to Rulon Alvin Ipsen and Belva Moore Ipsen. Dad was the youngest of eight children. He was preceded in death by his sister and brother's Beverly, Dean and Jerry. He is survived by Glen, Carol, Louise, and Alvin. He leaves behind his beloved wife of forty-two years, Patricia Ipsen, four sons, Tadd, Justin, Ryan and Devin, and two daughters, Kimberley and Allyson along with several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
If dad wasn't serving in the army, working for the railroads, or managing a large grocery chain, he was enjoying his time with his family. Dad loved sports. If he wasn't playing or coaching, he was watching and cheering them on. He loved the outdoors from camping, fishing, boating, or just relaxing on the beach.
Dad will be missed greatly. We love you Papa Dave. Forever in our hearts.
Celebration of Life on Saturday, July 15th, 2023 located at 1270
