David Dale McRae

David Dale McRae passed away in Taylorsville, Utah on March 13, 2023, due to ongoing health challenges. He was born Jun 3, 1965, in Salt Lake City, Utah to loving parents Dale and Karron McRae. Married Carrie Dalton later divorced.

David was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He participated in Scouting and as a Missionary he served in the Mexico Leon Mission. He also held several callings throughout his life.

David was very intelligent and was always learning. He was an avid reader and had an extensive book collection which he enjoyed for many years. He was generous and would give what he could to anyone in need. David had a sense of humor that not everyone understood or appreciated. He was artistic. He enjoyed wood working and made some beautiful wood projects and had talent in drawing.

David is preceded in death by his parents Dale and Karron McRae and his dog Toper. He is survived by his beloved dog MLee, his sisters & brothers-in-law Debi (Bill), Denise (Dennis). His nephews and nieces Nic (Stephanie), Jace, Shelbi (Jordan), Cody and Kassy (Nick). Great nieces & nephews Alex, Jaxen, Hadley, Easton, Chloe, and Charlie.

We would like to thank the Nurses and Aids in 300 hall that took care of David, especially those who took the time to know and love him.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday March 24th at Redwood Memorial Mortuary 6500 S. Redwood Road, West Jordan, UT 84123.
