Donna Wilson, age 60, passed away Saturday, September 26, 2026, at her home in Virgin, Utah, following a brief illness. She was born on April 12, 1966, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Donald Francis Wilson and Glenda Lynn Sorbe Wilson.

Donna was raised in Virgin and graduated from Hurricane High School in 1984. She lived in Virgin most of her adult life. Donna was an amazing artist, and she shared her talent with family and friends. Donna was passionate about nature. She was fascinated by the moon, stars, constellations, birds, rocks, the river and the changing seasons. She loved to hike and discover rare or interesting rocks along her travels. She loved her family and never missed a family function.

Donna is survived by her mother, Glenda Wilson, of Virgin; her sister, Diane (Pete) Phipps of Page, Arizona; her brother Thomas (Jackie) Wilson of Laverkin; her son, Timothy Dix of Salt Lake City; her daughter, Miranda Warren of Laverkin; four grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces. She is preceded in death by her father, Donald Wilson; her brother, Stephen Wilson; and her son, Richard Clayton Dix III.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026, 11:00am, at the Pioneer Cemetery in Virgin. A luncheon will be provided after the service at Donna’s home, directly across the street from the cemetery.

The family wishes to recognize and thank the staff of Zions Way Hospice, especially Michelle and Justin, for their kindness and compassion. The care and comfort they gave to Donna and her family through this journey meant so much.
