“Hey it’s good to be back home again”

Our beloved Father, husband, brother and friend passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sunday morning December 31st, 2023

Donnie was born on January 12th, 1955.  He shared a birthday with his mom and is now reunited with her and his father (Pat and Don)

Donnie graduated from Kearns High School, worked as a fabricator and construction at times. Donnie married his sweetheart Lanna and later had their son Jeremy. He spent most of his adult life at L-3 communications where he made hundreds of friends. L-3 was a true passion of his and he was very proud to be able to work on projects that helped our Soldiers safely return home. Donnie lived his life with a ton of passion for hunting, shooting and fishing with his family, father and brothers. Donnie was an amazing person and friend to so many people and touched so many people’s lives. Anyone who knew Donnie felt his passion for shooting, hunting and just life in general. He spent many amazing years with his family enjoying the outdoors and living out his passions. Donnie spent many days on the mountain or by his favorite lakes with his son Jeremy and his brothers and father, sharing these moments with his family was his most favorite thing to do. He also made friends everywhere he went.

Our amazing brother, father and husband and most importantly our best friend will be missed dearly, however he is now back home again with his mother and father.

We love you Donnie.

Donnie is survived by his wife of almost 50 years, Lanna and son Jeremy (Lindsey). His brothers Gary (Lori), John (Lisa) Clinton and Shane (Tammy). There will be no services at this time. We will be having a celebration of life in the spring. We would also like to thank U of U Hospital, IMC and IMC hospice for their care and treatment of Donnie.
