Jeffrey Theodore Woodhave was born on July 3, 1952, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Theodore Woodhave and Ruth Ann Nelson Woodhave. He was the oldest of two boys. When Jeff was three years old, his family moved to Bountiful, Utah, where he lived for the rest of his life.

He will be fondly remembered and missed by family and friends. Interment will be at the Bountiful City Cemetery. A graveside service will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday, January 30, 2026 at the Bountiful Cemetery - all who would like to participate are welcome to attend.
