John P Chunga passed away in July, 2026.

He lived in Lehi, Utah. He was an excellent anesthesiologist, who traveled across the country doing locum tenens work for facilities with short term needs. He was dependable, responsible and friendly. He was particularly enthusiastic about music, and creating it. He was a happy person, with an excellent work ethic. He will be remembered for his kindness, his jokes, and warm smile.
