Leslie Ann Rodak (Rupp), 78, passed away peacefully at home with loved ones by her side on September 27, 2026.

She was born on October 16, 1947, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Clarence Leo and Melva Rupp, and grew up in Magna. After graduating from Cyprus High School in 1965, Leslie went on to study at Brigham Young University.

On March 15, 1968, she married her beloved husband, Michael Roger Rodak. Together, they shared 58 years of marriage. Leslie was a devoted wife and mother who nurtured her family as life took them across the country, following her husband to Cape Girardeau, Missouri; Louisville, Kentucky; Albany, Georgia; Layton, Utah; Providence, Utah; and eventually St. George, Utah.

Leslie had a wonderful talent and deep passion for cross stitching. She poured her heart into her needlework, meticulously creating beautiful pieces that her family and friends will forever cherish as tangible expressions of her love, patience, and creativity. She also enjoyed watching rodeos with Roger and BYU sports.

Above all else, Leslie’s life was defined by her profound love for her family and her unwavering faith in her Savior, Jesus Christ. Her devotion to her loved ones and her Christlike example will be cherished and remembered by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband, Roger Rodak; their children, Brandon (Leigha) and Travis (Carrie); six grandchildren: Spencer (Katarina), Madison, Melody, Haleigh, Dawson and Kennadie (Corbin); three great-grandchildren: Will, Harrison, and Drew; and her siblings: Terry Barney, Susan Ethington, and Coree Ogden.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Leo and Melva Rupp, and her brother, Gary Rupp.

A viewing will be held on Friday, October 2, 2026 from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. at Spilsbury Mortuary, 110 South Bluff Street, St. George, Utah. Funeral service will follow starting at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place after the services at the Washington City Cemetery.
