Penny May Villalobos age 73 passed away on June 7, 2023. She was born on October 1, 1949 in Vernal, Utah. She married Anastacio Villalobos on March 17, 1968.

Penny enjoyed painting, playing cards, dancing, crocheting, and asparagus hunting.

She is survived by her daughters, Virginia Villalobos (Lori), and Tonie Torres (Jorge). Her son, Anastacio Villalobos, her grandchildren, Anastacia Villalobos, Brina Villalobos, Carley Villalobos, Santana Villalobos, StarLynn Torres, Serenity Torres, and two great grandsons.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Anastacio Villalobos, her mother Virginia Dent, her father Milo Allen, her brothers, her two sisters, and her great grandson Tyson.

A celebration of life for Penny will be held from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM, on July 22, 2023, at the Holiday Inn located at 5001 West Wiley Post Way, Salt Lake City, Utah 84116.
