Raymond “Ray” LeRoy Janes II, 56, passed away on May 30, 2024 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Ray was born in Inglewood, California on August 17, 1967 to LeRoy W. and Gloria G. Janes. In his early years, he resided in Southern California and Oregon before moving with his parents to Salt Lake City, Utah. When not traveling throughout the world with the Circus and Ice Shows as a vendor and a bookkeeper, Ray mostly resided in West Jordan, Utah.

Ray was a BIG fan of the New York Rangers, the UTEs and the Jazz. He loved to read and listen to music. He was a great friend and a great brother.

Ray is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents and is survived by his brothers Kevin (Susan), Dennis (Ginger), and Even. He was faithfully guarded in passing by his cat Buster.

A brief graveside service will be held at the West Jordan City Cemetery located at 7925 S 1300 W on Friday, July 12, 2024 at 1:00 p.m
