Taylorsville, Utah—Timothy Wayne Tilley, Jr, known to his friends and family as T.J.

T.J. Tilley was born on September 22, 1977 to Deborah and Tim Tilley, Sr, and passed away on November 28, 2017, after a very short battle with aggressive cancer.

T.J. married the love of his life, Angie Carrera, on November 11, 2011.

T.J. never liked to be serious, he loved to have fun. He kept everyone happy and it was important to him to protect his family. He showed great strengths to the end in his short battle with cancer. He shed only a few tears and asked only twice, "Why me?"

T.J. is survived by his wife Angie Tilley, two daughters; Isabella and Shealynn, his sister, "Bestie" and partner in crime, Samantha and her twins; Phoenix and Falcon, and his second partner in crime, Travis Parrish. His parents, Tim and Debbie, his grandparents, Joy and Sam and many family members.

Funeral services will be held December 3, 2017, 2:00 PM, with a viewing from noon to 1:45 PM at Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery, 6500 S Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah.
