Tyler Dean Wilson, 36, passed away on June 13, 2023, in an automobile accident.
Tyler was born on October 7, 1986, in Provo, Utah, to Kevin and Vicky Wilson. He was the oldest of six children and was raised in Highland and Alpine, Utah.
Tyler loved the Lord more than anything and was an example of a true disciple of Jesus Christ. He was a lifelong faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served an honorable mission in Montana from 2006 to 2008. Soon after his mission, he married Justein Jensen on August 8, 2008, in the St. George, Utah temple. He committed his life to serving the Lord and his family. This commitment to God and his family was always evident in his actions. He was sincere in his interactions with others. To know Tyler, was to know purity and goodness.
Over this last month, his parents and family were blessed to have Tyler with them, within the loving walls of his childhood home, where everyone was able to enjoy his tender heart and contagious smile. These moments will be held onto until we meet again.
Outside of faith and family, Tyler was an avid Utah Jazz fan, a blossoming chef, and enjoyed God’s creations while spending time outdoors. Tyler also developed a deep appreciation for uplifting music. He dedicated his career to making a difference in the world by offering his talents in the healthcare field.
He completed his undergraduate studies at BYU and UVU in 2013 with a degree in business management and an emphasis in accounting. He earned an MBA from the University of Utah in 2018.
He and Justein raised their three beautiful children in Provo and Kaysville, Utah; Hanover, New Hampshire; Jacksonville, Florida; and Eureka, Montana.
