Ursula Schreiter Otto, 89 years old, passed away on April 6, 2026 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born October 19, 1936 in Chemnitz, Germany to Bruno Emil Schreiter and Dora Ella Schulz. In September 1955, Ursula immigrated to the United State of America with her parents. On January 17, 1959, Ursula married Walter Alfred Otto in the Salt Lake Temple. He preceded her in death August 14, 1996. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and a long time Ward Organist. She was educated in Germany, graduating from Business School. She was employed in the Finance Department at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and in 1999, retired from Questar Corporation after 15 years of service in the Accounting Department. Ursula enjoyed traveling with family and friends. She loved homemaking and making her home an inviting place.
She is survived by sons: Thomas (Julie) Otto and Andrew (Stacy) Otto; grandchildren: Joshua Otto, Madison (Collin) Satterly, Alyssa Otto, Rachel Otto and Hayley Otto. Preceded in death by her parents, brother and sister.
