Victor Jonathan Matonis was a profound thinker and a lover of nature. He was destined to be a computer genius and he recently graduated from DevMountain coding school where he designed complex applications. Victor excelled in computer programming and he was a perfectionist in many areas.

He loved his family and friends unconditionally, but also enjoyed his solitude and privacy. Victor chose his words wisely. He would not speak unless there was something that needed to be said. He loved Montana, where he spent summers fishing and wakeboarding on Hebgen Lake. He enjoyed skiing and snowboarding with his mother, Susan, and travelling the globe with his father, Jon. He looked up to his big sister Carina who was his rock and his heart.

He is predeceased by his grandfathers, Victor Ayers and John Matonis and his uncle, Michael Ayers. He leaves behind to negotiate this earthly world, his loving sister, Carina Matonis, his mother, Susan Ayers Matonis, his father Jon Walter Matonis and stepmother Sarah Matonis, stepsister Vivien Hansen, his grandmothers Marion Ayers and Constance Matonis Briley, Philip Briley, loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He has now been set free.

Donations in Victor's memory and honor can be made to "Haven." They helped him harness his incredible strength to know sobriety.
