Wanda Kiter Rose, born January 16, 1943, of St. George, Utah, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2026, surrounded by family.

Wanda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend whose life was centered around caring for others. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Dennis Rose Sr., with whom she shared 44 years of marriage. Their bond was one of deep love and companionship.

Wanda is survived by her children:

Robert “Skip”(Linda) Rose, Kim Bogue, Dennis(Louise) Rose Jr., Amy Rose, and Megan Rose and step-daughters Robin Rose and Kristin Harrison.

She was a proud and loving grandmother to:

Kylie, Brett, Casey, Ryan, Kali, Chance, Elisha, Davin, Bo, Emily, Elizabeth, Breawna, and Brenden.

She also leaves behind her treasured great-grandchildren:

Easton, Avery, Kimber, Amelia, Atreyu, Cayden, Attikus, Axel, Rekord, Remington, and Rebel.

Wanda was one of nine siblings:

Jeanie Smith, Perry Joseph Kiter, Tom Lee Kiter, Kent Reed Kiter, Penny Papadopoulos, Keith Jay Kiter, Kenneth Edward Kiter, and Scott Jackson Kiter.

Wanda had a heart that loved without limits. She adored animals, especially those in need of care and comfort, and her family was truly her world. She found joy in being surrounded by those she loved and made everyone feel welcome and cherished.

Wanda’s legacy of unconditional love, kindness, and devotion will live on through the many generations of her family. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January, 16th 2026 at Bloomington, 4th Ward, LDS Chapel, 3381 Mulberry Dr., St. George, Utah. The viewing will be from 11:30am to 12:30pm with the service beginning at 1:00pm and a grave dedication at Tonaquint Cemetery following the service, where she will be laid to rest next to her loving husband.
