Sandra Jean Webb peacefully passed away at age 74 in Hilo Hawaii Medical Center on February 21, 2024, surrounded by loved ones. She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, on November 22, 1949, to her parents, Donovan Edward Webb and Charmaine Lynne Turpin.
Sandy Loved studying the scriptures and serving in the temple. She held many callings in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and devoted her life to living the gospel closely.
She is survived by her siblings Bonnie Davis, Gary Webb, and Sharon Beattie, as well as her 6 kids (Carolyn Westman, Christine Woolsey, Samuel Westman, Marilee Westman, David Westman, and Shauna Clayton) and 16 grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her sister Susan Smith and her parents.
Funeral services will be held at the Grantsville 3rd Ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 428 South Hale Street, Grantsville, Utah, 84029. The service will start at 11 am with a viewing before from 9:30 am to 10:45 am. Interment will immediately follow at Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84123.

Kolene and I would have liked to have been to the funeral but have another commitment that prevents us to come. We send our love and condolences. I have some fun memories of times spent with my same age cousin!!!! See you again soon in heaven 🤗🤗!!
